These waffles are completely fat free, grain free, nut free, bean free, soy free, and vegan! They make the perfect substitute for bread or toast and are extremely easy to customize with any toppings or sandwich ingredients you love. Ingredients
- 6 cups potato flakes
- 7 cups water
- 6 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a large bowl until well combined
- Scoop the potatoes into a waffle maker at low heat and allow to cook for a LONG TIME (at least 10 minutes, but until they are crispy and golden brown on the outside. My Belgian waffle maker takes 10 minutes but my Oyster ceramic takes 30)
