Raw or Not Curry Noodles

November 12, 2016 by Ashleigh 1 Comment

img_8321This curry is great for those of you trying to stay on a cleanse with many mouths to feed. It is just as delicious fat free and raw as it is cooked with a little coconut milk added. I recommend making a double batch and storing it in your fridge! I know you’ll be going back for more! For this recipe, you’ll need some raw sriracha sauce. Grab the recipe for that here.

Spicy Cilantro Lime “Vinaigrette”

October 7, 2016 by Ashleigh Leave a Comment

img_7899This vinaigrette comes together in seconds and is a great way to add flavor to salads and raw dishes without weighing things down. I love it over cauliflower rice and my husband even likes to use it over cooked veggies like a light hot sauce. Enjoy playing with the flavors to make it exactly right for you! This recipe can be made vegan by substituting two dates in place of the honey; it is also raw and fat free.

Asparagus Tarragon Pesto

October 7, 2016 by Ashleigh 1 Comment

img_4792This recipe is perfect for any kind of cleanse and it makes beautiful use of spring produce by pairing asparagus with tarragon and lemon! This pesto is not oily and might be on the grainy side if you’re used to the traditional stuff. But it has a wonderful bold flavor and is just right stuffed into tomatoes or on top of any salad. If you want to turn this into a more widely appealing dish, you can feel free to fancy it up with a splash of olive oil and some sea salt. One thing to note: If you’re using dates that are pretty dry, you might want to soak them in water for a few minutes before using them in this recipe. This recipe is raw, vegan, and fat free.

img_5037When the markets are bursting with summer tomatoes, this recipe has to be at the top of your list! It’s completely fat free and full of the brightest flavor. This dish is so messy, you might want to eat it standing over the kitchen sink. But it is totally worth it. So full of health and color and absolutely delicious. Give these a try! This recipe is fat free, raw, and vegan.

Raw “Sriracha” Sauce

Raw Sriracha

This recipe is easily one of my favorite of all time. It is full of flavor and easy to customize to just the right level of heat. I eat it on top of cucumber noodles or zucchini noodles, wrapped up in nori with veggies and cauliflower rice, blended into other sauces for flavor and depth. It’s awesome as a veggie dip or on top of cooked vegetables and rice. Sometimes I even eat it straight out of the bowl! Hope that this one soon becomes a favorite of yours too. If spicy doesn’t appeal to you, just leave out the jalapeño and red pepper flakes and you will still end up with a delicious thick tomato sauce! This recipe is fat free, raw, and can be made vegan by omitting the honey.
